To Bruce and all the Staff at United Diamonds,
I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for making a special lady's dream
come true. I've been shopping for an engagement ring for over a year now. I
found it at a national jewelers. Money was always an issue. I found United Diamonds
website by just browsing the web. On a whim I called and talked to Bruce for
almost an hour and he said that he could recreate anything I found with better
quality and still be more affordable. I'm normally not a person to risk a huge
part of my savings on an Internet purchase. But the service I received from
United Diamonds exceeded anything that I have received face to face at any Jewelers.
All I had for United Diamonds to go on was a small and vague picture and a description
from me. The first attempt at the engagement ring was close but not exactly
what I had hoped for. I talked to Bruce and he and his staff remolded the ring
and had it back to me within ten days. The results are breathtaking. Everyone
that has seen the ring literally takes a deep breath. When I opened the box
I was stunned. Not only had they met my expectations, but they had exceeded
my hopes. I was able to get so much more for my money with United Diamonds.
Everything was upgraded. size, cut, clarity and the weight of the gold itself.
All for less than I would have spent at the mall. For anyone reading this that
has any doubts about an Internet storefront don't let it keep you from shopping
at United Diamonds. The design, quality and customer service will amaze you.
With so much questionable business going on nowadays on the Internet the staff,
service and quality of United Diamonds will make you a lifetime customer as

I have been very busy the past couple of days and was actually planning to write.
I did get your message today and I appreciate the call. If one word can describe
the diamond ring you sent me is probably.... WOW!!!! I mean the setting is beautifull
and the center stone is perfectly mounted to give it maximum brilliance. It
also helps that the center stone we picked out is truly one of a kind. I had
