Q: Will my order come with a Diamond Certificate?

A: Yes, absolutely, of course! Our natural certified diamonds are guaranteed by well known reputable organizations like GIA and are available at no extra charge. Each main center diamond has already been rigorously examined and pre-certified. An authenticity guarantee and one-of-a-kind original diamond certificate will accompany all orders over $2,000. Enhanced and altered diamonds are not offered or available for purchase at United Diamonds Inc.

Q: What if my shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged?

A: Every shipment that leaves our facilities is 100% insured. If in the unlikely event your ring is lost in transit, stolen, or damaged, United Diamonds Inc., will issue an immediate refund or dispatch a new ring.

Q: What if my ring arrives while I am not home?

A: Every ring is dispatched with a 'Signature Required' endorsement. If your ring arrives while you are away, the carrier is prohibited from releasing your ring to anyone other than someone pre-authorized by you matching the name printed on the shipping label. A signature will also be required and cannot be waived. We follow this specific protocol to secure the safety of your ring while it is in transit.

Q: Do I have to pay sales Tax?

A: Only orders that are shipped in the state of California will have sales tax added to the price. Orders shipped to the remaining 49 states will not have sales tax added to the price. California customers will receive free overnight shipping in lieu of any added sales tax.

Q: Could you send me a catalog by mail or post?

A: Due to the highly customizable features offered, it is not possible for us to send a catalog through the mail. Our online website has the most up to date information. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Q: Can I buy just the mount without the stone(s)?

A: No, at this time, we sell only finished pieces, with the stones already set. We utilize a new cutting edge CAD manufacturing process that some traditional jewelers are not properly equipped to set outside stones. Our ring styles are uniquely designed to accommodate this advanced patented manufacturing process. Our ring designs are uniquely designed so that we can fabricate each ring with the confidence of our lifetime factory warranty. Q: What if the ring doesn't look like the picture, am I stuck?

A: No, definitely not. Our 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee allows you to try any ring without the fear of being trapped into an unsatisfactory purchase. Fortunately, our products look much better in real life than they do in the pictures, so we receive very few complaints. However, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your new ring, you can be confident that we will resolve your concern and refund all your money.

Q: Do you have any financing programs?

A: At this time we do not have any financing programs available. We do accept all of the major credit cards as payment. As a courtesy to our customers we can begin production / design process on any of our Diamond Rings with a deposit as little as $100 using any major credit card. You may pay the remaining balance once your order is ready to ship or utilize monthly law-away payments for up to 12 months.

Q: Can I buy a ring with a cubic zirconia or cheap synthetic stone?

A: No. We deal exclusively in natural and untreated stones.

Q: Can I have something engraved / inscribed?

A: At this time we do not offer engraving or inscription services. Most local jewelers can help you with this after you receive your order.

Q: How do I obtain a copy of my diamond certificate?

A: Should you ever misplace your original diamond's certification, simply contact our customer service department for assistance. Diamond certificates are issued by the EGL / GIA institution only. We can help by contacting the institution on your behalf to order a duplicate.



Shipping Questions . . .

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: Full Value Insurance - All orders, both domestic and international, are shipped 'Fully Insured' and 'Signature Required'. This means that your order will be delivered safely and will be 'Fully Insured' until you have checked the contents of your package. This also includes international orders. If you do not receive your order, all money will be refunded promptly.
A: Discrete Packaging - All shipments are packaged discreetly with NO indication that your package contains any type of jewelry item. The name United Diamonds, Inc. will not appear on your package either. Instead our company acronym is used, UDI, with your Customer Service Representative's name printed on the package. All orders are sent 'double boxed'. Meaning that your ring will be contained within a package that is within an outer package.
A: Signature Required -All orders are sent "Signature Required". This means that the courier cannot deliver a package without your signature. If you do not receive your package in your possession, you are not responsible for it.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we regularly dispatch international orders abroad. You may place your order online or by telephone.

Q: Can I ship my order to a military APO / FPO address?

A: Yes! United Diamonds is honored to provide efficient and secure shipping to our armed forces personnel. If you have an APO or FPO address that you would like us to send your order to, please indicate that on your online shipping form. Alternatively, we are happy to take all military APO and FPO orders by phone. Due to the nature of military APO and FPO shipping procedures, we can only dispatch these orders using the United States Postal Service.

Q: Can I have my order delivered on a Saturday?

A: Yes! There are several available Saturday delivery locations worldwide thanks to advances at Fed Ex, UPS, and the Post Office. Unfortunately, there are still several places untouched on Saturday’s. Internet users may indicate on their order form in the ‘comments’ section the need for Saturday delivery. If you are placing your order by phone, please ask our phone representative if Saturday delivery is available at your specific location. Often when Saturday delivery is not available to a specific address, a nearby address or alterative can be used. We are all happy to assist with any special Saturday needs.

Q: Can I ship my order to an alternate shipping address?

A: Yes! If you are looking to preserve that ‘element of surprise’, United Diamonds is happy to accommodate alternate shipping addresses, such as work, friend, UPS store, relative, etc. Internet users may simply place their order online and indicate a separate ‘ship to’ address when prompted. If you are placing your order by telephone, please let our phone representatives know of your special shipping needs.

Q: How much will I pay in Customs and/or Duties Taxes?

A: All orders are dispatched 'duties and taxes unpaid' thus they are billed to the receiver. Tax rates vary from region to region, so we highly recommend contacting your local customs agency to inquire about duties and taxes that you may have to pay.

A: Yes, the prices on our website are all expressed in US dollars. Currency conversion rates vary widely depending on the exact credit card you will use to make your purchase. Please contact your credit card financial institution prior to placing your order.

Q: How do I find the matching wedding band?

A: United Diamonds is a custom diamond engagement ring manufacturing factory. Our ring styles are uniquely made, manufactured, and fabricated on the premises. Our matching wedding bands are custom designed by you our customers, so previous pictures are not always kept. Our customers appreciate the option to become totally involved in the personalization of the bridal set. Our design services department is eager to share ideas to help get you started. Most great custom matching wedding band designs are as little as $500.

Q: Do you have a showroom that I can visit?

A: We are a diamond jewelry manufacturing company, so only members of the trade will be permitted onto our facilities. Unlike a basic jewelry store, we have tighter security requirements due to the nature of our business.

Q: Could you refer me to a local jeweler to see your products?

A: At this time we do not refer our Internet clients to the local jewelers who carry our products. Many of the jewelry stores that carry our merchandise have asked us not to refer our Internet clients to them. In the past, our clients would visit their local jeweler to view our merchandise, only to return home and purchase directly online for the lower wholesale price. Our published online prices are the same prices that we sell to the jewelry stores.
